The 2013 Ottawa Pedestrian Plan (OPP 2013) is part of Building a Liveable Ottawa, which is a comprehensive review of City policy with respect to land use, transportation and infrastructure as embodied in the Official Plan (OP), Transportation Master Plan (TMP), Infrastructure Master Plan (IMP) and the 2013 Ottawa Cycling Plan (OCP 2013).
