This project consists of the design and construction of new watermain, sanitary and storm sewers along Banning Road (from Abbeyhill Dr. to Abbotsford Road), Abbotsford Road (from Morrena Road to Banning Road), Balbair Road (from Banning Road to Abbeyhill Dr.) and Singal Street (from Desmond Avenue to Balbair Road).
